Shipping & Returns

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Lagos orders usually arrive in 1–2 working days, interstate orders in 2–5 working days.

Delivery is charged by zone and shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Bulky orders carry a surcharge, which is also shown before you pay.

Because these are consumable wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, wrong or past its best-before date, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. Refunds go back the way you paid, within 5 working days of us agreeing to one.

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched.
